Tim Louis, assisted ably by a paralegal named Karolina and a legal administrative assistant named Krista, helped me deal with a highly sensitive legal matter. I had tried to represent myself but quickly came to the conclusion that I was fighting a losing battle. Once Tim took over I was able to concentrate on healing rather than fighting. We took the fight to the end and I know the settlement was much better than anything I would have received on my own. (I likely would have received nothing at all). Tim is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and friendly. He has a wonderful set of values guiding him. It was a pleasure working with him and his office staff. Although I hope I never need services like this again, I would go back them in a heartbeat if I did.
