Kim's Shoe & Bag Repair

Called and asked about a light coloured bag with a stain. He told me to bring it in and that he repairs a lot of those. I waited for the person ahead of me to finish, paid for 30 minutes of parking. When it was my turn, I was standing 2m away and he just looked at the bag and said no, he can't fix it. One sec interaction. This could have been prevented over a phone call. I wish he would have just told me no over the phone instead of asking to bring it in.

Got the leather on my Louis Vuitton purse fixed here. Owner was extremely friendly and the craftsmanship was excellent. Price was also extremely reasonable for the work done. Drove all the way from Coquitlam to get my bag fixed here and will definitely be returning next time I need a repair.

Very happy with sole protectors on my brand new boots. Price was very competitive compared to the nearby cobblers.

I asked for a quote to repair a strap and install a draw string on my back pack but Kim wouldn’t give me one until the work was done. The bill? $45! The pack is 14 years old and not even worth that much. Quick repair but overpriced and Kim was rude and unfriendly. Don’t bother coming here - there are cheaper options with much better customer service.

Took in a leather bag for a lining repair. Was done well. Store is simple and small but suits the purpose.
