I'm surprised by all the negative reviews- I've been here a few times over the last couple of years and always had a great experiences. The fastest place to get new Topy on dance shoes (usually within 24-48hrs) and great pricing.
Would give zero star to this place. Absolutely horrible. Horrible attitude and just rude. Seriously need to be shut down. DO NOT SuPport this place. The bad reviews here are true. Do not bring your shoes here unless you want to toss them out. Because that’s what you will do. Promise
I am shocked for the lack of craftsmanship. My shoes are high quality and I am prepared to pay premium to put rubber soles on my pumps. I am looking for good work and most importantly not to have my shoes ruined. This place ruined my Tom Ford pumps. They simply couldn't put rubber sole on. They glued it and then went and starting cutting edges and cut an edge of my origin sole e posing leather. Now my Tom Ford pump has leather overhang that touches the ground and obviously won't last. And uneven sole makes it look like a cheap pair of God know what. I brought a very high quality shoe in and left losing my favourite pair. People who can't do simple work should not be in such business.
