Requested a price for 5 Emtek passage latches. I was quoted $76 each. It didn't sound right so I called another supplier. Found out that the item typically sell for $12 retail and wholesale $8. 1000% mark up is price gauging. Never again will they get my business. Be aware!!

I've used their services many times over the years, whether for rekeying/changing locks, or buying hardware. Have always found their staff to be professional, courteous, and competitive with their pricing.
