We have been using this company for years and years. Have never had a bad experience. It's under new management in the West End and Mark and Frank have been absolutely fantastic. We had a new lock installed which turned out to be faulty. A year later they replaced our lock in its entirety at no charge. They are professional to the hilt and I fully recommend using them. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Great attitude - Keep it up Mark and Frank.

I went in to ask about re-keying for the locks on our new home. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and were nice to chat with. I also bought a padlock from them which was nice as it was the kind with a longer loop part, which was great for what I needed. Very helpful visit - thank you!

They were able to re-key the locks to your new home in a mater of hours! There are few things less hectic than moving day, but Devak lock and key were able to take one thing off my list of changing the locks. I just brough them the door handel and deadbolt lock and in a few hours they were able to give them completely new locks, both working on the same key! All for the fraction of the price of buying new locks. They even provided the pin references number in case we ever lost the keys All and alln the Saved me time, money and helping the environment!
