Reached out on a Wednesday to schedule a repair for a locked/jammed safe. It would have been an emergency rate if I placed the service call that day so I scheduled it for the next day and kept my store waiting, and provided my credit card information/all our company information to move forward. Next day I follow-up just to check-in and find out that a credit check is needed on my employer, even though I provided the credit card & all billing information and was ready to pay instantly. The right thing to do would have been for Action Lock & Security to tell me upfront that they can't schedule anything unless we pass a credit check, or they should have called me to let me know they can't proceed. If I didn't call I wouldn't have known and our store would have been left unsecured for longer. After connecting with other vendors in the same industry I was warned to hire someone else which is what I'm doing but sad time & efforts were lost on both ends due to an unexpressed policy and unprofessional conduct without regards to a potential long-term customer who works on a national level in Canada.

As a property manager having great locksmiths and security contractors is a must! Action is a great company to work with. Fast to respond, well priced and great work. The owner is amazing to deal with. I was in a bind recently with mailboxes being broken into at one of my buildings and I called him and he was able to dispatch his crew there to repair within a couple of hours. Highly recommend and very reliable!

Pricey.. i only use them because it is close. But tbh i dont recommend them and their service, as it is purely rip off
