Great Service! Debbie and the team at Benjamin Moore West Side are amazing! We've been dealing with this store since the day that they opened and the service has been nothing short from superb. The Aura line is devine, and Debbie always works with us on great price points. The store is spacious and lofty with lots of natural light for viewing paint samples and colors. If you look around the walls, you'll also see some of their more popular colors painted on them. You can usually see Debbie organizing displays first thing in the morning. She is so creative, and adding that special touch to the in-store displays. The staff are helpful too. Always well stocked and accommodating. If they need to order something for you, expect them to to so in an expedited manner. Great customer service. "Thank you so much, Debbie & the staff, for generously sharing your time and expertise.

This paint store could have the best customer service in the city. Debby and Chipo are friendly , trendy and treat everyone a like they are the most important customer . The review above by Phillipe sounds like he was trying to scam a credit card ....

Debby was very rude towards the end of our discussion, kept asking for personal information(which of course i would provide) but i wanted to be clear on how we would go about to handling the order, would not give a direct answer on the situation at hand. Very rude, would definitely not be doing business again/ would not be recommending this company to any of my business partners. *once again, did not mind giving my personal information; like i stated above*
