What a beautiful place to enjoy nature!! I really liked how quiet it is despite being crowdy!! Go on a weekday and you will find it empty so that you can take a lot of pictures. There is ‘love in the rain’ section in where people attach locks with their lovers name. Also this place has a lake, and really beautiful for walks with your loved ones. A beautiful place❤️ Edit: went there again and it was just amazing, how beautiful this park is😍

Beautifully sculpted flower gardens - truly an oasis in the city. Grew up playing/rejuvenating here for over 50 years and still marvel at the variety of trees and plants. Excellent foresight to keep this park. Well used, as it should be. Waiting to see what's in that time capsule to be opened in 2054....

This former quarry has been transformed with a lot of thought and care into this tranquil haven. Acknowledgement should be given to former Park Board Deputy Superintendent Bill Livingstone who created this beautiful space for the city of Vancouver and it's visitors to enjoy. I love the selection of plants that have been chosen, which compliment each other to beautifully and provide our rich tapestry of colours and textures for the eyes to feast on. Be sure to check out the Conservatory while you are here. Being on the highest point of Vancouver, there are great city views to be had from the top of thep park. There is also a restaurant which is open throughout the week.

This is a family friendly park to visit. Plenty of parking, though we prefer to cycle - could do with more bike racks near the conservatory. Lots of trauls to explore on foot. There are a couple of naturalized areas which are a lot quieter. Be careful, outside of the dog off-leash area, many dog owners don't put their did back on a leash. Tennis courts always seem busy. To avoid crowds, head to naturalized area by rose garden/pitch n putt, or to the duck pond area, away from the fantastic quarry gardens.

This place is so incredible. I cannot express enough how beautiful and serene this park is. Obviously the best time of year to go is in the summer time, during late July to early August. The landscaping in the botanical gardens is aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. The endless trails you can choose from to walk through the park make it the perfect place to go for a morning jog, a meditating walk or a first date. I have so many fond memories in Queen-E, it is a timeless tourist attraction and a local safe haven for anyone who appreciates flowers and nature. The best part is that it is FREE.
