First time parking here and never will again. They charge an incredible amount and it isn't validated. In addition, my wife had 2 babies with her shopping. She paid on her way out to the car as to not leave 2 babies in an unattended car. By the time she left, they forced her to paid more.

This place really is a scam. Read all the other reviews. Sign says 15$ in before 7:30 am, out by 6. Put my ticket in and it said to pay 20 bucks. Talked to the attendent, they gave me a car with a phone number. Called the number, and they told me to talk to the attendant. I told both of them they told me to speak to each other, and all they could think to say was to just pay the 20$. Don't ever park here.

Horrible parking lot, incredibly expensive and confusing payment process, incredibly predatory design, the machines are purposefully designed to be confusing to make more people pay the 25$ lost ticket fee. Scumbag staff and operators. Don't ever park here.

I have NEVER had such difficulty trying to pay and exit a parking garage. I will never be back here, I'd rather take 4 buses, a train, bike and walk before I come park here again. After explaining my frustrations, I had 3 other people tell me they also refuse to park here and one person without even saying what parking garage I was referring to, knew exactly where I meant due to similar experiences. If you care to read, here is what happened to me yesterday. I went into winners after parking underground and was inside winners for 45 minutes. The fee for the first hour is $3.50 I only had my credit card info on my phone because 95% of business' accept visa tap from a phone. I also had a debit card with me but no cash. When I came back down from Winners to the parking garage, I attempted to pay my parking ticket, but wasn't sure how as they only took credit cards. I found out later, some also take cash. I called the help button and said I had no credit card and only a debit card so she said to try a different machine. I tried three others but they all only took credit. I saw a sign that read "spend $7.00 at save on foods and get an hour of free parking". I had 10 minutes left on my first hour so I ran up to save on and purchased 2 things which were over $7.00 and then asked the cashier about parking. He told me that he had to validate my ticket and he typed something in his register and signed my parking voucher and said I was good to leave. I got in my truck and went to the exit gate. I inserted the card and nothing happened. I pressed the help button again and the woman told me that the save on cashier didn't give me the right info. I had 3 cars behind me at this point. I asked if she could just do me a solid and let me out because I had held up cars behind me, and went to save on just like the signs said. She would not let me out. She told me I had to make the other cars all back up so I could get back into the garage. I know people were not happy with me, cause I had to force them to all back up. This was so humiliating. I told the woman again, I only had debit. AND that I went to save on to get the one hour free pass. APPARENTLY which no one tells you, is that they take $3.50 off your bill, but they don't give you a parking voucher, so if you just have a debit card, this does not help you AT ALL, because you are still required to go to a parking machine and pay for your voucher. So after everyone has backed up for me, I go back to a machine as I was told that there was one that accepts debit. I went to SEVEN different machines on all three levels and none of them take debit. I called the help button again, the woman was very upset with me and yelled at me each time I called. This time she told me to go back up to save on and use the ATM machine to get cash and then come back down. So I go back upstairs, get cash for the $3.50 that I owed, put my ticket into a pay machine and it's now been WELL over an hour and I now owe $8.00 because it's taken me so long. I call the help button again and she said that I was too slow and took to long and it had nothing to do with her. She was so rude to me and I have never felt so humiliated and stupid in my life. I wanted out SO badly by this point that I payed my $8.00 just to get out. That's apparently how they make money, make it hard to figure out how to get out so you rack up more time. It took me 2 hours from start to finish. There are no other parking garages that make it THIS hard to get out. I will never return and I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of signage, the customer service and the lack of empathy that came from this business.

I had an issue with the machine not reading my ticket so I pressed the help button. However the operator was not very helpful and did not even sound like he wanted to help figuring out the issue. He kept on insisting that there is nothing he could do about the situation and there is nothing he can refer to regarding the time that I had gone into the parkade (the rise parking either has a really poor infrastructure in their computer system or needs to review their employees’ work attitude) So I ended up having to pay one day worth of for 20mins. of parking. I promised myself I will never park there again.
