Excellent service and work team. Due to cost, we divided the roofing project for our 50 unit condo building into two years. The first company moved to the Island after the first half was complete so we called for bids to complete the 2nd half. Cooper Roofing came in with a competive price so we chose them. They not only did what they quoted, they also helped us clear up some of the mess left by company #1 which was great for us. The crew was very courteous and professional and because we were removing a tar & gravel roof the cleanup was excellent. Cooper Roofing has so far replaced the roof of four pods (rows of townhouse units) in our complex of six pods. They have done an excellent job, and we will be using them to replace the roofs of the last two pods.

Great company & excellent workmanship. Shane visited and assessed our roof, not from the ground, rather he spent about 30-45 minutes up on our roof. He took many photos, and shared them with us as he pointed out the issues. Then he walked us through a brief history of his company, the brands & quality of the materials they'd use, and then the quote. Each day, after the workers went home, our yard was spotless. It was like they were never there. The workers were polite & respectful. They finished sooner than the time allotted and the final price was as quoted.
