Macbeth Roofing & Waterproofing

Called Macbeth Roofing when my 92 year old grandmother had been putting off replacing her shingle roof for some time. They got the job done quickly and the workers were very accommodating. Special thanks to Darren for being so helpful to my grandmother - explaining everything clearly for the both of us.

Extremely disappointed in the professionalism presented by this company. The company was hired to take care of a roofing project for my entire Strata development charging over $20,000 / roof. For a job this large I expect professional work and a certain level of customer service. I've seen multiple workers urinating on fences of my neighbours. The drivers of large vehicles from their work trucks to the large cranes used to get up on the roof are careless and when I pointed out to them that there are children living in the area and playing the manager on site said "this is a construction zone now and it's the responsibility of those children's parents to make sure that they stay out of it." The employees and contractors are parking in the middle of the road and preventing traffic from flowing through the complex without any indication of what's going on with a sign. When I drove around the complex to get to my residency, the other manager on site told me that I need to turn around and go the other way and seemed very irritated that I was trying to get to my home. Our complex is a singular loop where blocking traffic in one part of it makes it very difficult for people to get access to their homes and should absolutely be indicated with a sign at the beginning of the complex to let people know where the block is. At this point it does not make a difference to me how well they do the roofs here I'm very unimpressed and will never recommend this company to do work to anyone that asks.

They have no sense of how to make less noise at 7...730 am. they are throwing waste from the roof of a 3 story building and make as much noise as they can early in the morning. disregarding all the neighbors shouting and asking them not to do it.

Their team did a torch-on roof for me and the process was seamless. Great communication. Fair pricing. Prompt and quality work.
