Trying to book an appointment at this place is the worse I've ever experienced! The staff are rude and incompetent. They don't answer their phones, everything goes straight to voicemail. Emails and or text messages are not replied to in a helpful manner ie. booking an appointment that actually fits your schedule! . They bully book appointments without considering your schedule or consent and lie about it. They even threatened a 'no show ' fee if you don't show up. And then it starts all over again when you call to straighten out the mess - straight to voicemail. I''ve wasted hours trying to book a simple appointment with them. They've lost a customer. They deserve negative 10 stars for being so rude and will be out of business if this continues!!!

I love this place! It's so cool and modern and the staff are super super friendly! They get the job done easy and quick!

I think the work is ok. But holly smokes tring to get a hold of someone on the phone is impossible. You have to accully go there to commicate

Don’t recommend at all. Very poor communication and several times I have had appointments I have had booked for months, cancelled by them The day before without telling me other than leaving a voicemail. I usually never saw the or received these voicemails. That has happened three times. During pandemic they did not communicate at all. They are unclear about lengths of appointments. They’d tell me I’d be there for an hour and I’m done in five minutes. They told I’d have my braces for a year and they keep adding on time without directly telling me what’s going on. Some nice staff. Don’t come here.

We have been going to Horizon for about 1 year now. Since Covid 19 they have done a 180. Cant get anyone to tell us what is going on. Meanwhile my grandson had his appliance fall out. They have offered no help and my grandsons in pain. I would think twice before starting treatment with them.
