Worst customer service and attitude by the old Chinese lady named Anita. She was miserable, rude, and gave me the impression that I was wasting her time because I said their group packages were expensive and asked for a discount. Do yourself a favour, take your business elsewhere and don’t bother spending a dime at this unprofessional company!

Glen, one of the travel consultants/advisors is really patient and helpful. He is experienced and dedicated. My wife and I will have our vacation soon. He helped us with the necessary information requested. Thank you Glen.

Anita is the main reason why we like a travel agent instead of the inordinate hassle of doing it ouselves. She has all kinds of wise advice, and knows the "deals" - and when to go, and which airline - and all the rest, She's a gem and goes the extra mile on her clients' behalf 24/7. We were put onto her years ago by friends who she also looks after - word of mouth is surely the best advertising.

If you are planning on a cruise trip or going somewhere for honeymoon or destination wedding, ask for Anita! She's fantastic, speedy in response, and very organised. She's happy to make an extra mile to bring a smile on her customer's face. She helped us book the best cruise deal and most economical flights. We've tried a couple of travel agents and couldn't be happier that we found her.

They don't seem to know what they are doing, wasted a lot of time here as they are very behind in the travel business and don't communicate well. I am lucky that I decided to go else were as there are many great travel agents around to choice from.
