Worst travel company I have ever had the joy of dealing with. I was suppose to be going to a destination wedding for some friends in may of 2020. And low and behold not only is Escapes.ca completely incapable of showing empathy to this poor couple and the 44 other odd people who are part of this destination wedding; their lack of customer service is appalling. The couple had signed a contract to guarantee a price and now the company has jumped up the price twice since then; with little to no warning. I also forgot to mention their travel agents we have had to deal with so far have no idea what their actual jobs are and how to do them properly.

Unfortunately it's been a disaster from the get go. Lack of information and communication. We found out our trip was cancelled from the resort who contacted us. Constantly the employees are unsure of any information and went as far to get the bride's name incorrect... Absolutely unprofessional and embarassing service. Will never use or recommend to anyone.

I have been with the same agent for 5 years, trust your agent, establish the importance of the role they play in your life, your family vacation, and all other travels you may need. ❤️

Unacceptable business practices, in a year of great turmoil. This firm has the audacity to not even cancel a wedding trip, and not offer a refund or a later date.

I've heard from a friend at the gym how poorly you treated them. Shame on you.
