Parcels are never out for delivery the day they arrive. Asked them to check tracking number they couldn't do that I get home 2 minutes later now says notice left. Plus there hours right now do not work for anyone closing at 330 when people have jobs

The staff is great and very helpful. I gave them a 4/5, because of the new hours. 9:30 - 3pm impossible to pickup for call idems if you work M-F 8-4 or 9-5 ect.
