Casa LOCA fitness studio is an inspiring place to be. I love the energy of all instructors and you always feel welcome. The clientele are amazing and so friendly as well. You can tell people are having fun and feel comfortable to be there! You should really check it out for yourself.

I am so glad I've found Casa Loca Fitness Studio! I have been to a few fitness places in Nanaimo but Casa Loca is the only place that I feel truly at home with. I feel so well-taken care of and appreciated. Not only do I feel like I am improving my health but also enriching my outlook in life with positive interactions with instructors and fellow members. I ♥ Casa Loca!

I’ve never wanted to go to the gym until starting with Casa Loca, it’s everything I needed in a “gym”. My favourites are Zumba, Zumba Step, Strong by Zumba and pound. I also love that there are strength classes for when I need to push myself.

Love Love this place! Best environment and the workouts are disguised by how much fun you're having!! The team at Casa LOCA make you feel very loved, welcomed and make sure that you know what modifications you can do if you're injured or healing from injury. There's never a dull moment, always fun!

Thee best place to have fun while getting fit. Such a welcoming environment and not to mention you feel so proud and relaxed after coming out of such an ass kicking class! Pound is my fave so far! here's to more Casa Loca in 2018 and beyond!!!
