Flight Centre Woodgrove

My friend & I were going to book our trip by ourselves online and thought we would be able to find better deals the closer we got to the date. We were wrong. I had used Tina from Flight Centre Woodgrove for a trip previously so thought I'd reach out again. We contacted 11 days before our trip with impossible dates (Flying to Mexico on a Tuesday for 7 days, during university spring break, and BC family day, and valentines day) with a budget of $1000-1500. She worked for us & got us an amazing 5star hotel in Riviera Maya for 7 days within our budget and our non-negotiable departure and arrival dates. We stayed at Grand Sunset Princess Hotels and Resorts and had an AMAZING 7 days at a stunning resort w/ amazing people and views. I couldn't be happier with our trip. Highly recommend using Tina at Flight Centre, but maybe give her a little more time.

Tina C is great. She is very knowledgeable and has first hand experience with the trips on which she bases her recommendations. She won’t steer you wrong when determining where or what you want to do for your vaca. She booked a complex 12-person family trip for us where everyone was coming in from a different location. She made sure everyone had everything they needed and that everything was taken care. Moreover, when an issue came up (through absolutely no fault of Tina or fight centre) she worked round the clock to find a meaningful solution and took care of everything. I think she did this on her own time; working the phones with various cruise providers to make them do the right thing. I can’t recommend Tina more.

The deal I got from there was really reasonable and the most important thing is their customer service. She was really sweet to me and listened to me and my problems and solved them with patience. I recommend.
