Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital

over the course of 4 days two of my dogs were sick both late at night and needed to have veterinary care right away. The first time Dr Nick Ball was our vet and he was so incredibly reassuring and informative. he took the time to answer all my many questions and even sent me home with printed out information aside from the regular at home care info, just things he thought would be helpful. when we brought our other dog in a few nights later it was very busy but Dr Ashton made time for us to see her and also to call us personally and keep us in the loop. The wait was long that evening but they went above and beyond to set time aside to ensure our pets were taken care of when they could have turned us away due to the capacity.

This clinic has been so amazing. They took such good care of our sick puppy. It was a very stressful and emotional time and the staff and doctors were so compassionate and took such exceptional care of our little guy. We couldn't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone. They clearly care so much for the animals and I was so grateful to be able to depend on them.

My cat became very sick on a Sunday evening. These Dr's and staff were extremely professional, compassionate and overall rock stars! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Anyone needing veterinarian assistance will be very very happy.

Unfortunately had to call vet for my little min pin. But with all the friendly and very knowledgeable staff, they Really looked after my dog. The veterinarian was extremely professional, courteous and explained everything. Their fees were quite reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

On September 9th at 3:30 am we had to put our precious Copper to rest and everyone at CIVEH we absolutely wonderful to us and Cooper's end of life. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us and to make Copper comfortable. Thank you everyone for everything you did and how caring you are. Preet Forrest and Family❤❤
