I am only giving 4 stars because so far I have only dropped in to get cat food at this veterinarians office. Everyone I have spoken to has been very pleasant. I will likely be taking my cat in one day and feel comfortable that she would receive good care.

This veterinary clinic has provided many years of exceptional service in North Nanaimo. They continue to do so and are a valued member of the community. I am very pleased to recommend them to anyone with an animal in need. You will be pleased with the service you receive.

Very friendly and considerate. Cautioned me about the procedure (neuter) after seeing the pet for a checkup as it may not correct the problem (aggression) and there can be other complications due to the small size (pet rat). I love to see that they will consider deterring business when it may not be beneficial to the animal.

Both my kitties come here. Dr.Goldman and staff are very friendly and always welcoming and they always show my babies lots of love. I appreciate everything they do, whether it’s an scheduled appointment for vaccines or a check up, to even an emergency visit. Thank you!
