Tim Hortons

The convenience is great and SOME of the drive through staff are friendly but overall I have decided to take my business back to Airdrie. The drive through is slow, in fact so slow at times I've actually waited several mins with no service. Being the only one in line I didn't bother ordering. The staff constantly have to repeat my order and price back to me when I can see it on the screen. Thanks for double checking but this is a total waste of time. The select few staff members are friendly and courteous but most cant even both to say "hello" or "good morning" not to mention "thanks have a good day" Supervisor do some needed customer service training with your staff!! I often leave to find they forgot my hash brown and today they didn't put the cream OR sugar in my coffee even it was listed on the cap. For me this was the last straw!!

Their staff is always so wonderful! Love their management team!

Usually okay service, but the most recent time we went there and I activated an offer for 2 dollars off but my card wasn’t scanning, so they proceeded to fake scan my card (they didn’t scan it) and lied to us

Ordered 8 drinks through the drive through. The lady that took the order was fine with it then we get to the front to pick up drinks and this lady says "next time come in or pre order"in a really frustrated tone. Really? For 8 drinks? If its that hard for you to make 8 drinks then I'll gladly go elsewhere.
