I’ve been going to this location for many year's, I stop going because the owe of the pharmacy Tim, If he wasn’t working there there, wouldn’t be problems, The staff are very friendly, Store always clean. But can’t tolerate the owner. Now I just go to a different shopper’s Drug Mart. So you don’t have to worry about him. Very unprofessional

Usually, I am a fan of Shoppers Drug Mart and specifically get my prescriptions through their pharmacy at the location on Vaughan Harvey Blvd. because it is convenient and great service. Tonight was a different story. Specifically made a trip earlier in the week to order my prescription so I could quickly pick it up this evening with no hassle or waiting around. Tonight after work I returned to pick up and the prescription was not ready, service was rude and very slow. Considering Costco where prescriptions are cheaper. Very disappointing.

Have been a client for some years at that location, very thankful that I never had to deal with the owner of the pharmacy (medication counter) before today. He has no concept of client services at all, make a client happy is none of his concern. Bad bad client services.

The post manager Jay mocked my illness and used it against me. When I tried to informed the owner about his behavior he told me Jay already told him everything I asked him to review the tapes and gave him my phone number to call me back he refused to listen . Do not shop at this shoppers location staff is rude and the owner does not care about medical conditions . Jay also doesnt not think signature parcels require you to identify the person giving the signature it's a service that cost $2 a parcel that according to Jay provides no security for your packages at this location hes not required to match a name to the signature Canada post strongly disagreed where I have files a complaint .

I really like this store as it is the most conveniently located for me. Always clean, great staff and I can't say enough good things about the PC Optimum loyalty program!! Be sure to install the app to maximize your points!!
