Shalimar Islamic Centre

Very cozy friendly atmosphere I love that place! One of the older mosques in Mississauga, easy going imam and management. Parking is the only issue, better to park in the nearby plaza and walk.

A very convenient, beautiful and compact mosque located strategically for many neighborhoods around. Sincere request to not park cars in the plaza (next to the mosque) especially during Friday prayers and Ramadan. It's unfair to the shop owners since masjid is not really located in that small plaza also there's been cases of show owners calling and having cars parked there towed. Ample of parking can be easily found in the west dale mall/plaza parking right besides this.

The place is clean and well maintained. They have good programs for children and adults. They also have visits from the scholars who speak on different topics to enhance our knowledge on Islam. I reccomend this place to anyone.

It is small, when you use Google map it will bring you to plaza, and center is inside the complex. There is walkway between plaza and townhouse you have to take it to reach there.
