On December 30th 2019 at around 7pm I went in to get my prescription refilled. I had gotten healthcare coverage through my job and this was the first time I was going to use it. The clerk drafted my order and I scanned my air miles card. Before paying I told her that I had my insurance card and that it's my first time ever using it (so I didn't know what to expect). She cancelled the order which was understandable and she just told me that since I had the insurance card that she would need me to scan my air miles card again. (I have borderline personality disorder and one of my symptoms is Social phobia so I am scared to death of talking to people, anyone, even my own family.) Then after a few seconds of fumbling around for my card again I scanned it in. She looks at me and says " Oh, since you are so EXCITED to get to use your card I'm just going to take your air miles and insurance card with me while I punch this code into the system from the card. She the proceeded to go punch in the numbers and come back to the counter. She finished my transaction and i payed what I owed. She didn't even tell me to wait until she processed the insurance card before swiping my air miles again, she just said " We will have to scan your air miles card again" which i just followed instructions and did. I then told her that she should probably stop being rude to people. She said "sorry that wasn't my intention". I told her that she said I was excited and in fact I was panicking. I then left. Like yes lady, I got up in the morning and I couldn't believe how excited I was to go to get my medication to deal with my illness that made me and my families lives miserable for the past 24 years. I was so excited to go use my insurance card because I have a hard time affording anything. I am so excited to go talk to some more people to make my heart rate go through the roof and feel my heartbeat in my eyeballs. Since it was my first time using insurance of any kind I had no idea what the process was and i was scared out of my mind that I would do something dumb or have someone say something. I thought to myself well they are physicians and they have special training to be able to understand people and their illnesses. So i doubt they would say anything like that to me. I talked myself down on the walk there so that I would be calm enough to enter the building and get my medication. She did it... She actually did it. She took my air miles card while she punched in the numbers from my insurance card because as she said " I was SO EXCITED." No lady, I was not excited, not even close to being happy. Far from it. I just made a google account just to post this and hopefully it will prevent this happening to someone else. I want to do everything in my power to make sure that it doesn't happen again to someone else.

Well experienced staff very nice, give me a giod time to teach me hiw to use my meds.
