What is the point if a clinic if your not accepting people.
Staff has always been really nice to me there and they have a large retail section and grocery section for a Jean Coutu. Lots of toys, electronics, games, food, etc. Great store.
Jean Coutu (123 Champlain st location) has always gone above and beyond. Because of their dedication to my wellness they are my home pharmacy even though I’m 40kms away and live closer to other pharmacies.
In the midst of the onset of a seizire I became very aggressive with some of the staff and knocked a few things off the shelves on he way out. I went into a full blown grand mal shortly afterwards. Returned today to apologize to the assistant manager who bore the brunt of my seizure induced aggression. She basically spat my apology in my face and told me she didn't want to see me. This is quite possibly the most ignorant thing I have ever experienced when attempting to apologize for something I couldnt even control. Absolutely ZERO empathy for mental health issues from someone that works in/around a pharmacy all day. I will be taking my business elsewhere permanently from now on
