We went to this clinic to treat our cat for a urinary tract infection. Me and my spouse, being a student, have limited financial means. They were extremely understanding on this point and charged us (in their opinion) with a reasonable rate ($ 500). 2 days later our cat starts to have the same symptoms he had before the operation. We return there to receive a diagnosis that the previous $ 500 will have been unnecessarily swallowed up and that the procedure must be repeated. It is at this point that we are told that the chances of recurrence are more than 35%. The cold and compassionate manner in which the (employed) veterinarian announces it to me disgusts me more than the squandered sum.

Poor service of the owner, not respectful and stubborn. Main concern is to be right. Provides exaggerated care without worrying about the financial consequences (no in between). Let's hear things! Dare to say that a Bengal cat is not Bengal because it is not certified Tica ... Dare to say that to make a family breeding is to make money on the back of the animals while it No !, she is making money on my back !!!! I advise this veterinarian to all those who seeks. The bill and the service may be more salty than necessary! ... Too bad, I loved the other vets.
