This clinic micro-chipped my puppy in 2015 and did it incorrectly, now I am in a huge mess trying to figure out how to correct their error, and every time I call they can never find anyone that speaks English. My dogs microchip is not registered and it's their fault, now they can't fix the problem. The most incompetent veterinary office I have ever dealt with. It's hard to believe they save animals lives here!!!

Chantal is simply the best for our big Lab and our cat. Courteous and professional service it shows that she loves animals. We live in mtn in Granby and we continue to travel to see her.

Excellent service. On the other hand, I find the rooms too small and it is hot inside and there are smells. Considering the vet, absolutely nothing to say.
