Westmorland Animal Hospital

I am always treated great by the staff and of course the vet Dr.Diane Stevens. I take all of my dogs and puppies to them and my dogs are always treated so well. I highly recommend Westmoreland Animal Hospital to all my friends.

I arrived for a scheduled appointment and I was greeted at the door by a staff member by the name of Sam. She had no covid19 mask on and she attempted to take my little dog out of my arms, so she was much closer than 6 feet. When I said no I would like to go with my dog and speak to the Doctor, she said nope, not allowed. No explanations. Nothing.....This business is a "do as I say but not as I do". How unsanitary and unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't get to go in because if this is how unclean this hospital is I certainly wouldn't want my animal to be treated here. I plan on reporting this hospital to the New Brunswick Veterinary Association and hopefully they will be held accountable for their unprofessional and unsanitary treatment.

Something is wrong do you peoples deleted the bad comments, yes go services great care but the truth. Comparing to others veterinary your really to expensive, why there different of sometimes $100 in prices ? You guy's was charging me $540 for my dog, paid $149 in Balmoral NB go check the reviews. Very hard to believe everyone give you 5 stars, there no business who never got a bad comments.

Wonderful service and very nice staff!

Rianne Gaunce couldn't tell the difference between cancer and an infection.. cost me over $800 and lied about recommendations she had supposedly made.. got a second recommendation from another vet and he was properly diagnosed.He has since passed and we miss him very much. don't waste your money here.
