Only reason I am giving this one star is that it needs at least that to write a review. I took my 9 week old puppy in to be checked over after picking him up from the breeder. He had his vaccination booklet with everything clearly marked. The vetrinarian (Dr. Chauvin) vaccinated him AGAIN!! Puppies are to be vaccinated at 7-8 weeks and again at 12 weeks. I went back to complain and was given my money back for the vaccines, however, that doesn't take away from my dog being over vaccinated. I was told someone in charge from the clinic would call me the next day. You guessed it! No one called me. They are a money making entity and only care about the $$$. Most new pet owners are not aware of what their dogs need and this place takes advantage of that. Beware, know what your dog needs before going in there for you will be ripped off and your dog not better for it.

I took my puppy to this place and she was administered 3 vaccines in one visit. She passed out after receiving her vaccines. I was told to take her to another 24h vet for monitoring because they were closing at 8! Wow! This ended costing a pretty penny. After doing some research I found out that a dog less that 10lbs should not receive more than one vaccine at a time. You would think the vet would know that or warn me that there could be a bad reaction. They only care about selling the most they can in one visit. I only received a follow up call 2 weeks later. I would not recommend this place.

All my pets come here when they have any problem. Staff is very gentle and helpful. Even when you talk with them on the phone,they can help you Our family likes this place.
