Welcoming staff and very nice layout. We went to open up a file after having adopted a cat from a refuge. The secretary, technicien and vet were all extremely gentle and competent. Examination was thorough and efficient. We were prescribed medication for my cat and it was readily available at the clinic. Pleasantly surprised by a follow up call from the vet to ask how my cat was doing (very appreciated!) Information received after the consult was easy to grasp, I wish we would have informed me on some of the side effects of the medication. I placed a call back to the clinic and they quickly answered all of my questions. Great place!
