It's amazing how inhuman the experience I have in mind! I am outraged and shocked! A kitten who died after being declawed and a second sterilized while never, ever, this agreement had been agreed! This female had to be mated. In life, when you make mistakes, whether small or huge like the ones mentioned above, the least you can do is have empathy for the people who trust you! The least thing would be to express a sincere apology with a human heart in the face of a situation that turns out to be a disaster for the customer who loves his pet. For these reasons, I absolutely cannot recommend the services of this veterinarian who could, in the tragedy, have acted with more professionalism and above all, recognized the responsibility for his actions. If you have the well-being of your animal at heart, I strongly advise you to put it in the hands of someone more human. Because getting your pet to the vet shouldn't be like playing Russian roulette!

Very bad experience ... The consent papers they have you sign are not clear and poorly explained! A dead kitten, a lack of listening, empathy and professionalism ...

Sterilization of my kitten much too young and much too small. 8 weeks, 0.7kg. As a result, my kitten died. On the operating table. I have called several other vet clinics, and none of them agree with the practice of operating a kitten for spaying at such a young age and so small. Standards: 5-6 months, 3lb. I am awaiting news from a higher authority to validate these practices. Take note that I have never been made aware of the risk of death pcq they operate too young and too small. If you care about your pet, choose another clinic.
