I came in for a massage for the first time and Rebecca was absolutely fantastic. She is well educated, sincere, and very passionate about her career and helping people. The staff at this location (I haven’t visited the other one yet) are always so happy to see you, polite, and take the extra steps to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It is a great place to be!

Anna was amazing and very informative.She took the time to listen and develop your proper treatment.The facility was super clean and I felt comfortable going there.Reception and staff super supportive and friendly and understanding.I highly recommend this facility.

Physioworks Coopers told we would be direct billed to our insurance and 4 months later I get a call saying they didn’t send the bill and now during a pandemic want their fees. I replied to all messages explaining it needed to go through insurance as this was a must for our family when we first came and was assured this would happen. And in a pandemic when the world was sent home and funds are limited, they send my bill to COLLECTIONS. Over 1 payment and only 2 emails for communications. I Would not recommend and will never return!! Avoid company at all costs to save your credit and mental health!! All over their mistake!!! 😡

They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and would recommend them to any family or friends! Their business in Kings Heights is clean and has flexible hours of operation. I work full time and have kiddos so being able to go in the evening is a major benefit!
