My experience at Intrinsi has been the absolute best! I am always welcomed by the front desk staff who are all incredibly professional, kind and helpful. I have been seeing both Claire and Heather and they are both wonderful! They have tailored treatments specific to my injury and have truly invested in my recovery. The treatment and follow-up I have received is exceptional.

It was recommended that I see Spencer at Intrinsi to help with some acute low back pain. Being an avid golfer with a golf trip coming up, I was concerned if I'd even be able to get through a round. Spencer took the time to really listen to my concerns and focused on how this injury was affecting my every day life and what I wanted to be able to get back to doing. I appreciated his emphasis on how important my home care was and that I needed to follow his treatment plan to achieve my end result. He was right! His treatment and rehab recommendations got me right back where I needed to be. I really like that he took into consideration that I'm a senior and applied that to my treatment plan. My entire experience at Intrinsi was impeccable. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Amanda when I arrived and was really impressed with all of their health and safety protocols. Would recommend Spencer and the entire team at Intrinsi to everyone!

I have been seeing Twyla for over four years now and cannot say enough good things about her! I travel over thirty minutes to see her as she’s one of the best massage therapists I have come across. Every session she takes the time to check in with me and ask what areas on my body I’m struggling with. She’s very attentive to my needs and ensures that I’m comfortable while targeting the areas on my body I’ve identified. After my massage, she always gives me tips on how to stretch, strengthen and care for my body. It’s obvious Twyla loves her job and is very skilled at it!

Awesome clinic. Bike Fit services are probably the best in the city. They fit on both Retul and/or your own bike, and the integration of a physiotherapist to do your fit. Other specialists and clinicians can also help address any and all possible issues. Very positive experience personally, and will be a return client.

The team at Intrinsi is great. The front desk team is really friendly and helpful, and the therapists are amazing. I know they care about my health & well-being, and giving me the tools and support to heal my injuries. Highly recommend.
