Optimum Wellness Centres - Strathmore

I have to admit I was really hesitant to try any kind of treatments before coming here. This is my third pregnancy, and over the weeks of my final trimester I started developing near-excruciating sciatic and pelvic pain. I haven't always had good experiences with physical treatments and therapy in the past and felt them to be a waste of time and finances. First of all, the reception staff are fabulous; they are extremely knowledgeable and supportive in suggesting the best treatment for your individual needs. I met with Dr. Saini for chiropractic treatment and Bianca for massage therapy. Both have been extremely professional and attentive to actually improving - not masking- my pain. The results have been outstanding, to say the least. I went from having to lay in bed for several hours during the day on a heating pad prior to treatment, to now being able to do my regular routines, household duties, and best of all sleep without waking up constantly in pain. My daily pain average went from a 8-9 scale to now a 1-3. I have had chiropractic and massage treatments in the past from various other clinics in Strathmore and Grande Prairie, but it felt them to be more like a band-aid rather than a long-term relief. This is not the case for Optimum Wellness. All of the staff here have been excellent, professional, and attentive in working to meet my individual needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

Anwar Hamden has been fantastic in assessing my mid-back (and other) issues and providing effective chiropractic treatment. Office team is very kind and efficient at booking appointments and managing insurance/ etc.

Dr. Bikram is absolutely amazing. He is currently seeing my partner for neck pain and chronic arthritis. Every time my partner leaves the clinic he feels wonderful and walks with out pain. He is off his pain medication thanks to Dr. Bikram's care. Dr. Bikram is more concerned with your health and wellness and less concerned about "making a buck" which is an absolutely lovely thing to have in a health provider. The front end staff is very helpful and answers all your questions with certainty. I would recommend everyone to check out this amazing wellness clinic.
