GREAT experience with my initial visit. Ram took his time evaluating my issues, giving detailed information, explanations, instructions, and expectations. I have had physio many times at many different places in the past, and have never felt so well cared for as here. I am looking forward to my next visit and attaining full recovery in the future! I went with a hand injury which I sustained after playing cricket. I was not able to move my Hand and was struggling...The doctor there, Ram, was very helpful and did some basic checks. He asked me to practice some movement techniques and explained in detail the working of the wrist bones and how the bone was relocated.. In a week, I was able to come back to normal... Thanks

Horrible experience. Therapist doesn't listen. Told him the tends machine was in the wrong spot not even making contact he said ok and walked out. I've told them.on several occasions my shoulder is grinding and popping. He said ok and walked away. Told them in the first visit I can not have anything wrapped around my neck and can't have ice what do they do every time but look at me and say well get the ice packs. They don't read files they don't look at exrays they just push paperwork to get paid. Thanks to this place I've gone from just a stiff neck to a turn rotater cuff in my shoulder. Why?? Because they don't bother to check your file or ask how the treatment is working if you do say something you get a blank stare and he walks out.
