Very highly recommend. Reprogrammed my truck key and fob, and although the fob did not take initially they persisted to get it working and didn't just abandon the process. Very professional and friendly and now my first point of contact for any lock issues. Great to have dedicated parking right outside as well.

I have a Yakima rooftop box that I had lost the keys to. They were able to find a matching key and make the box usable again. I'm very pleased with the service and cost. Way cheaper than a new rooftop box.

We lost the keys to our china cabinet. Browns cleaned the lock, decoded it and made new keys for us in a couple days. Great customer service and good prices.

Do yourself the favor and use Rays Lock and Key. He's much more polite and won't ticket your car before you get the chance to step into his store. I parked in the empty parking lot with the intentions to pickup a game (took 5 minutes tops) and get a rekey quote. I instead left with the game and a $90 ticket. Needless to say I'm taking my rekeying request elsewhere.
