I am receiving IMS treatments at this facility. The physiotherapists are excellent . My problem is the front desk staff. On two occasions they mixed up my appointments and did not take responsibility for their error, in fact indicated it was my fault. When I asked a staff member to help solve my problem I was told in no uncertain terms that customers are not their priority. ...i.e.” I don’t take my orders from you “ . This member needs to update his communication skills.Being rude is not an option.

Professional and friendly staff. Naz has provided excellent physiotherapy services which have greatly improved my condition and help me manage it.
