Usually long lineups most times I have gone and understand when there’s only one staff working at the front. She is usually in a bad mood and at times with snarky remarks. Her tone was also not pleasant with her co worker who seems to be a lower seniority than herself. Customer service aside, if efficient, I would rate this place higher.

I adore the ladies that work here. They are always pleasant and efficient. I don't understand how so many people have had bad experiences here! It's always been great for me. If there is a line, I'll pop into the grocery store and it's usually gone by the time I get back (unless it's Christmas, then there is always a line, of course).

Not only am I a super frequent user of the flex delivery service at multiple locations, but I also use to work for Canada post as a retail clerk doing the exact job the staff here do. All I can say, I don't know if the training is lacking at this location, the staff don't care about their jobs, or lack customer service skills or common sense. But the staff are pretty useless here. Enough for me to use a further away flex delivery location. I Have a parcel that I have been watching the tracking on, and had seen that it has been "in transit" to this location since yesterday morning. I went to the post office figuring that it has been busy and the parcel had just not been processed into the system and was likely there. Go. I could see while I was waiting for the clerk to return from break that there was a stack of parcels that hadn't been processed. Say to the clerk that I'm there to pick an item that hasn't been processed but it was likely dropped off this morning or yesterday. She then proceeds to use my ID to look the parcel up in the system - which I already said it won't be it, and didn't even consider to look in the pile of parcels that haven't been processed. Because there was a line up, I decided to just let it go. And with in 20 mins of getting home the parcel showed up as being ready for pick up... there should be two staff members working everyday, and the parcels should be getting processed and put into the system as soon as the driver drops them off.

If you close at 5:45 I'd recommend updating your service hours to reflect that.

There is a lady that works there that actually had enough confidence to talk badly about a customer once they left. They were only asking for assistance with understanding the instructions on a mail label. The staff member publicly commented to the line waiting that that customer should know better than her as she went to school in Canada. I saw the customer in another store and told her about it. Shocked to see the staff don't think they are replaceable.
