Canada Post

The postal worker at this location, bigger woman with red hair is absolutely inept and cost me quite a bit of money for not doing her job. I asked to send a letter quickest possible shipping ie Priority and she couldn't figure out how to do it and called a co-worker he pointed out Xpress post. Cost me 25 bucks to send a small letter, letter doesn't get there in time and when I call Canada Post they tell me it should have been sent Priority which is what I asked for, save yourself a headache and go literally anywhere else, she has no idea what shes doing

I honestly hate going into this location. There’s is always a LONG line no matter when you go. The customer service is hit or miss. In the past I’ve received terrible customer service (as mentioned by others). My last visit the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but covid has people a little squirrelly with pens and such. Needless to say, I try to avoid this location whenever possible.

I’ve had same problems with bearded fellow. He is one miserable employee. However, there is a woman with glasses that is always friendly and helpful. What a contrast. I don’t know how she can stand working with him.

This beard man has a very bad attitude towards me and other customers. If he feels very unhappy about his job, why is he doing it? For money? If he is doing it for money, he shall learn how to be glad in helping out his customers. I do not know why Canada Post hires him, why he works there, and why he has such a bad attitude. He provides very bad service. It seems like I am wrong to line up there and make him deliver my mail.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! bearded guy with glasses is SO RUDE and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, plus treats clients like we are stupid. At Christmas time when everyone is trying to send gifts to loved ones, you would expect a better customer service. He’s not only RUDE but he also talks to customers like he hates his job! What is he even doing there?
