I literally sent the same size packages at another roost office, and this place wanted to charge me $15 more. Go somewhere else.

Went in to drop off some face masks to be sent out. The representative behind the counter very rudely said that it cannot be sent out and will cost $10 per package. Poor customer experience and trying to overcharge on fees! Dropped the packages off at another Canada Post office and the lady gladly said no problem and said she will take care of everything. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

Very rude and aggressive reception. Not recommended at all

Completely rude customer rep. Doesn't bat and eye to me and talks with his friend for 2 mins laughing and joking and I'm waiting there needing his help. Finally when it comes time, the rude rep grabs my box and hands me a receipt saying "here". Won't be dropping by this location ever again
