A lousy post office, totally going to avoid this one better visit the one at next door or Londan Drug. The person at the counter totally lack of knowledge on his service. I tried to return a package, the reseller issued the postal token in email. He sounded like Canada Post don't have the option to print the label via QR code. Anyhow lucky I walked to next door ..
My spouse and I just visited this location to post a package by canada post. The lady who worked there as the service provider of canada post was the rudest lady I have seen in the last several weeks. Apparently, we were not the only unhappy customers as we noticed her unfriendly behaviour toward others as well. Very bad experience in general.
I've been here a couple of times, the lady has always been nice to me, I don't why so many comments describing her rude
The store hours are near impossible to pick up packages if you're working 9-6. The few occasions I did make it on the weekends, it looks like they shut off all the lights in the front, and only turn on lights at the back for the post office area, which made it feel very dingy looking. Service was ok when I went.
The lovely counter person helped me repack my things to get a better rate on shipping. It's saved me $60 on five packages. Definitely going back
