I took my elderly kitty Mia to this clinic for the last year of her life. I appreciated the use of both holistic therapies and conventional medicine and that I was generally not pressured into more invasive medical care and diagnostics than I wanted. The staff are professional and responsive and I felt she was in good hands there, right to the end.

They are OK, very average. A tendency towards holistic medicine rather than conventional medicine, meaning you might end up being forced to visit more than once to resolve the issue because "why dont we try this first to see if this works". Enjoy paying for that. Receptionists tend to enjoy sharing unsolicited opinions with you. Small and cramped space.

We again want to thank the good Dr Paul Chichon and his esteemed support group at Lonsdale Veterinary Hospital, for the great attention to detail, exceptional veterinary services and amazing support, during the healing process for Valentino, after his deep laceration wound. We are truly indebted to this team and will not hesitate to refer clients to this clinic. We have a young standard poodle who was badly cut on a pack walk, from a broken beer bottle left on the forest floor. We have been blessed with a benevolent outcome due to the exceptional care he was given.

I have a pug puppy and he has had multiple health issues (he is only 5 months old) since got him. Every time i went to different vets around my area to get help, they didn't offer me much advice and lazily put my dog on antibiotics right away. My dog is 5 months old and he has been on antibiotics twice already! When he recently got kennel cough, I was worried we would have to do it again. Then came Paul! We were recommended to Paul through a friend and after seeing 3 different vets and it felt like i found my saviour. Paul gave me diet advice, and provided me with insight into strengthening my dogs immune system. Instead of putting my puppy (who was very stuffed up) on antibiotics, we figured out a system to make him healthier and he has rebounded within 3 days. A week after i visited Lonsdale Veterinary Hospital, Paul called me to follow up and make sure my dog was doing ok and offered additional advice. I cannot believe how much better he is than the other 3 vets that i visited in the Kitsilano area. This clinic is a bit of a drive for me from Kits but it is worth the drive every time. Highly recommend!

Ive only met Dr. Cihon once. Once was enough to tell me that he really cares for your pet. He's not in it for the $$ as some are. Highly recommended.
