New Media Gallery

A small gallery, the exhibits are always incredibly interesting, and the staff takes great joy explaining them. And for the price of free? Nice! Expect about a half hour in here. Combines well with the (also free) New West museum in the same building.

Love this intimate gallery! Curators do a wonderful job of bringing in interesting and thoughtful provoking art.

This small and obscure gallery has some of the best international electronic and media arts in western Canada; plus lectures, workshops, and education. Truly outstanding.

The gallery is small but the quality of the work presented was beyond my expectations for what I would find tucked away in New West. The Curator happened to be in the gallery when I stopped by. They gave an incredibly informative and insightful look into the construction, process and artist behind each work. This is probably my favourite gallery in the GVRD.

This is such an incredible gallery. They consistently bring in thought provoking pieces. The shows range from good to mind-blowing. Each show must be checked out!
