Parking spots nearby which is handy if you need a spot to drop off the car and take public transit. It is paid parking but relatively cheap and can pay via online app.

Bus stop for 145 up to SFU, completely covered and there is a bench on the island. You'll be sheltered from the rain but not the wind.

Standard bus station. Gets busy during university semesters. Washroom inside the Mac's store. One minute walk to skytrain station.
