I have had some issues with hip knee and shoulder pain. I had been working to get ahead of the situation locally in richmond but the pain started to build up. I couldn’t even walk down the stairs forward and day to day activities started adding up. I heard about this clinic from a friend. It is a good 30 minutes away but when you have pain and you need relief 30 minutes is nothing. I got in the car and decided to try out the chiro and physio. It’s been several months now that I have been seeing them and I am happy to report that I am sooo much better the pain is minimal. I never thought I would get relief. Both the chiro and physio have such good advice you keep returning even when new issues pop up. Thanks to your whole team Total Health I am doing much better and will be making you my permanent rehabilitation centre even though you aren’t in my city!

Came here a few days ago, staff and receptionist were very helpful. I would 10/10 recommend everyone to come here. Will for sure be back very soon.

No complaint against everyone else. The chiro, physio, and RMT services are all excellent! The best! Just one lady working at the reception ruined everything. I have been coming here for a year now (I think). I called day before to re-schedule my appointment but I took it back before the end of my conversation with her. I told her to just keep my appointment. The next day, I went only to be told I do not have an appointment. There may have been some misunderstandings; I apologized for that BUT the receptionist was not sorry at all and insisted I cancelled it, she was rude and arrogant. I needed to hear her apology that time but she said, "it was a mistake." Yes, it was a mistake on her part so she should at least apologized. No humility at all. That lady has a very bad attitude and customer service. I was soooooo upset and disappointed. I love this place but I don't feel like going back there anymore. I went to the clinic just across the street and booked for massage and chiro. The staff seems nice and friendly. Hopefully the service is excellent too.
