I've visited this post office countless times, and each time the employee has been EXTREMELY nice. I am not sure what her name is, but she's an older Caucasian lady with glasses. If/when I find out her name, I will update this review.

I came here on Wednesday, January 29th around 6:30pm to return a monitor in a fairly large box. The asian man working at the time declined the return because it was “too big of a box.” He didn’t bother to measure it or weigh it. He just said, “ nope, too big, can’t do it” and refused to take it and told me to go to Fedex or UPS instead. I respectfully obliged and didn’t argue with him even though I knew it was returnable because Canada Post was the one who delivered it to my door... So I then took it to another Canada post on 10th street in New Westminster. When I walked in, I asked the asian lady if this was returnable. She said, “let’s have a look and see.” She weighed it, then measured it and said that it was no problem to ship at all. I told her about my experience at the Belmont location and she told me, the boy working at the Belmont St in new Westminster was probably lazy or hates his job. Please hire better people who are willing to do their job, instead of declining them.

*edited from 1 star to 5* The lady that Josh, below, is talking about has really become the MVP of this post office for many months now. She is knowledgeable and very friendly now. It has really become a pleasure to use this post office again.
