Canada Post

My family and I are frequent clients to this office. On several occasions, Maria gave us wrong information that cost us time and money. She sounds like a very nice lady but you will end up paying the price. After few years working in this office, one would expect that the employee would know better the procedures and not make them up to work less. To receive the common service requested, we had to go to an alternative office were we received professional service. I do not recommend this office and will never go there again :(

I have tried to drop off prepaid packages to this location when the lady told me straight up “no!”. This is because they don’t have the equipment to scan my packages. If this is true - Canada Post take this location off your site. I have never received such infuriating service.

The woman at the counter refused to take a Amazon prepaid parcel because it weighted 23 Kgs. 3 Kgs over their allowed weight?? Are you kidding me you are a Canada Post outlet. Your job is to take parcels. The woman who runs the place is unhelpful. I think she is just not interested in having to lift a parcel. Based on all of the 1 star ratings maybe it’s time Canada Post shuts down this outlet and finds a place where people are interested in working and providing customer service.

Great place, just sometimes has long lineups.

Slow as hell. Slow and very very slow. Still going slow after 40 minutes waiting. And yes 4 people left and i will be the 5th to leave. Let the pld lady take her time. Yep wish i could of put 0 star review
