Pharmasave - Crest

The place is easy to access and Joan, the cosmetics manager is such a sweet person. Made me feel so comfortable; I was here for the flu shot. Totally recommended.

Recently, I came into the business for the first time. Having been a customer at other Pharmasave's for many years, I appreciate the one stop shopping for all my needs~ Customer, Pharmacy, Postal and any other. My recent visit had me overwhelmed with joy with the care and kindness I was shown. I spoke with Sam and Loretta; sharing how my late daughter would buy me snowman every year as a gift from daughter to mother. I noticed am item in the store that jingles when you press the snowman's foot :) I went on to speak with Maureen, who was so very helpful in the postal section. Upon leaving, the two employees presented a bag, which I found the Snowman inside they had bought for me! I had to hold back my tears, as they did not know I had a rough day of missing my daughter, as it is nearing the day she passed. Incredible, heartfelt Customer service like this cannot be learned in a training book! In a world where we hear "Kindness Matters!" both Loretta and Samantha went above and beyond the measure of customer service!

Excellent service! Joan is super friendly in the pharmacy. Got our flu shots from Val who is also very friendly and excellent at her job.

This is one of favorite places to pop in.The Staff know your by your name and make you feel welcome everytime.They have an awesome little boutique with some of prettiest clothing. They have a great selection of products from your day to day to the best birthday gifts🎁.So if your driving by 10ave in burnaby stop by the Crest Pharmacy....

Manager wasn’t helpful and did nothing; when promised she would get ‘higher ups’ in company to help with problems, no reply. Terrible customer service experience.
