The most horrible evening service ever. First visit waited 15mins for the evening staff to arrive to the counter and waited another 25 mins for him to find my package.
2nd visit they spend 30 mins and still can’t find my package... the guy ask me to come back next morning to ask the morning manager.
3rd visit, the moment I walk in the the guy immediately refused to accept the package I was planning to return.... the reason for it is because he have too many packages in their storage area... and ask me to go to another post office.
Totally agreed with those bad reviews. Wasted my time and bad service.
Now I still need to go to post office again to get my thing done,definitely not this one.
The worst postal service I have ever seen in my life.
This post office is disorganized and unreliable. Their covid 19 hours are not posted on Google. They close at 6pm on weekdays. I'm not an easily angered customer but this post office consistently let's me down.
This tiny space IN A 7/11 is very well managed by a dedicated group of employees. Very polite and patient even though sometimes overwhelmed by volumes of parcels. 3 Cheer's to them.
