Absolutely terrible service - nothing like simple “hi, how can I help you?” ... I asked for a visa pic and paid upfront. When I came back the guy gave me the pic and I asked if I could have a digital copy as well. The guy told me that I had to ask before otherwise he gotta charge me $10 for the digital copy now, but if I asked before he would charge me only $4. If he was at least a little interested in helping customers I believe he would tell me this info upfront. So that I won’t waste my time over their inexperienced, impolite and extremely slow service!!! I will never come back and I don’t recommend others to come around

The location is very convenient and is open during mall hours (up to 9 pm) so you can pick up your packages even after work. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the staff is a little bit slow when there are a lot of people (especially during weekends) and they do not have a note that says that there printer/scanner does not support legal size bond paper.

Awful speed, waited for 30 mins just to find out that they have no US stamps. Never coming here again
