I did not have a bad interaction with the person who works here, but the most inefficient way to do business is to do cash only. Thankfully I surprisingly had cash in my wallet but I am absolutely astonished that a company like Canada Post does not accept credit card or debit cards. I think in order for this business to succeed they should look at other ways to take people's money other than cash especially during a pandemic. Pretty irresponsible and quite honestly incompetent.

If there is 0 star, I will select 0.This Canada Post is worst one in the City. The old woman will make you to spend extra money when you use Canada Post. She would not give you any plastic label cover for your label which other Canada Post store would give you. And she will trick you to spend money to tapes and boxes. Please don't go. You would be really mad and feel helpless when you are in the store.

The older male who works at this location is very rude that it makes me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately this is the location all my packages are sent to so I have to deal with him on a regular basis.

The worst post office and service imaginable! Didn't want to give me a receipt with the tracking number for a pre-paid Canada Post parcel. Why do they still have a license to operate is beyond my comprehension.

The older man here is SO rude. He asked if I speak English because I misunderstood that a parcel wasn't prepaid. There's a post office five minutes down the road, go there instead.
